SHOP SPRING CLEAN

During the ‘quiet’ winter period,  we have been busy tidying up our Shop Coach.

A lot of work has gone into arranging our big collection of new and second hand model railway locos, coaches, wagons, track and accessories, displaying the extensive stock of books on the shelves, sorting and stacking the very large magazine selection and  gathering together the range of dvd’s.     

There are several weekends of events coming up at the East Lancs Railway, so if you’re down at Bury Bolton Street, come in and see us at the end of Platform 2 for a browse around our coach and a rummage amongst the loads of interesting items.

As a new railway year starts we are expecting to be busy, so we are looking for new volunteers to join our shop staff. If you’ve got a couple of hours, half a day or a day free at weekends, then come and join the team.
