The latest Bury Standard 4 Group newsletter is being sent out to all Members and Shareholders.

 

 

Memberships

 

May we remind all members that it is now time to please renew their membership of the Bury Standard 4 Group. The annual membership subscription remains unchanged at £10 for the year. Members who joined us after the 1st November 2019 or who have already renewed in 2020, please ignore this reminder.

 

Memberships can be renewed and paid for online by Paypal or your credit / debit card, through our website at www.burystandard4group.org.uk  During the current virus restrictions, we recommend this as the best option.

PLEASE NOTE:     It is not possible at the moment to pay at the Group's fund raising shop coach at the East Lancashire Railway's Bury (Bolton Street) station, as the Shop is currently closed due to the virus restrictions. This will be possible once restrictions are lifted and the Shop reopens.

 

 

Shareholders

 

Due to the current Corona Virus Restrictions, The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Bury Steam Locomotive Company Limited, which is normally scheduled in May, has been postponed.  

The requirement to hold an AGM within six months of the end of our financial year (31st March) is now entirely dependent on the removal of the Government’s virus restrictions (and the necessary notice period of an AGM to our Shareholders).

 

 

Standing Order Donations

 

We have recently changed our Company bank and all Shareholders and Supporters, who make regular direct debit payments to us, should have been contacted about these changes.

 

If you are a regular donor to the Bury Steam Locomotive Co. Ltd. or the Bury Standard 4 Group and have not been notified about these bank detail changes, please contact our Finance Director by email at:
